1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website located at inglewoodsunroomcontractor.com, requesting a quote, submitting a contact form, or engaging Inglewood Sunrooms & Patios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.

2. Description of Services

Inglewood Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom construction, patio enclosures, screen room installation, solarium installation, and related home addition services to residential customers in Inglewood, CA and surrounding communities.

Services are provided on a per-project basis as outlined in a written contract or proposal signed by both parties. No service is provided solely on the basis of a website inquiry or phone call. Work begins only after a written agreement is executed and any required deposit is received.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Inglewood Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise noted in writing.

Estimates are not binding contracts. A final project price is established in the written agreement signed by both parties. The final price may differ from an estimate if:

• Site conditions discovered during construction differ materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate
• You request changes to the scope of work after the agreement is signed
• Unforeseen conditions such as concealed structural damage, hazardous materials, or non-standard utility locations require additional work
• Material costs increase due to supply chain changes after the agreement date

We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that would increase the agreed project price.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are scheduled after a signed agreement and deposit are received. Start dates are estimates and may shift due to permitting timelines, weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any changes to your scheduled start date promptly.

If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. Cancellation terms are specified in your written project agreement. In general:

• Cancellations before permits are submitted may be eligible for a partial deposit refund, minus any costs already incurred.
• Cancellations after permits are submitted or materials are ordered may result in forfeiture of the deposit and recovery of direct costs already incurred.
• Once construction has begun, cancellation may result in charges for work completed to date plus reasonable demobilization costs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your written project agreement. Standard payment structure is as follows, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit is due upon signing the project agreement to initiate permitting and material ordering.
• A progress payment is due at a defined construction milestone as specified in the agreement.
• The final balance is due upon substantial completion of the project and prior to the final walkthrough.

Payments not received by their due date may result in a pause in work. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to a late charge as specified in the written agreement. If collection proceedings are necessary, you agree to pay reasonable attorneys' fees and collection costs.

6. Permits and Inspections

Inglewood Sunrooms & Patios is responsible for obtaining required building permits for projects we contract for, unless otherwise specified in writing. Permit fees are included in or itemized separately in your project agreement. Work subject to city or county inspection will not be covered or closed until inspections are passed. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property for permit inspectors as needed.

7. Your Responsibilities

To allow us to complete work efficiently and safely, you agree to:

• Provide access to the property during agreed working hours
• Clear the work area of personal property, vehicles, pets, and obstacles before work begins
• Notify us of any known site conditions that may affect the work, including buried utilities, underground structures, or hazardous materials
• Obtain any required HOA approvals before work begins, if applicable
• Make payments on time as specified in the project agreement

8. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for the period specified in your written project agreement. This warranty covers defects in the installation and construction work performed by our crew.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the structure
• Damage caused by third parties, acts of nature, seismic events, or other events outside our control
• Normal wear and tear
• Manufacturer defects in materials or products (which may be covered under separate manufacturer warranties)

Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to you as the homeowner. We will assist you in locating and understanding applicable manufacturer warranties upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inglewood Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of use, or cost of substitute services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for that specific project.

10. Warranty Disclaimers

Our website and any information provided through it are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that information on our website is complete, current, or error-free.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action arising from these Terms or from a project we perform shall be filed in the appropriate court in Inglewood, California.
